This introductory course is an invaluable way to learn yoga in a structured format. Our Beginners Yoga course is designed to help you improve strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and wellbeing. You will practice movement based exercises and attention will be given to the structural alignment of your body, ensuring you perform all postures in a beneficial and safe manner. Yoga focuses on joint muscular strength, flexibility, injury prevention and builds a balanced foundation of both physical and mental fitness.

Cost: $70 members$95 non-members
