Our Les Mills Body Pump and Body Step classes have got all the latest moves straight
from the Les Mills studio. These classes mix great music and passionate instructors that inspire exhilarating aerobic workouts.

Yoga and Pilates
Yoga and Pilates are beneficial for strengthening, stretching, and flexibility while engaging the body and mind through unique exercises. Challenge Stadium runs both Yoga and Pilates as part of our regular group fitness schedule.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua classes are great for low impact work outs that suit all levels of fitness. At VenuesWest Challenge Staidum we offer Aqua Fitness to improve your fitness, Aqua Circuit for a strength resistance workout or Water Running.

This teenage group fitness class introduces 11 – 17 year olds to a wide range of exercise options to help them stay fit and healthy. Experienced coaches lead teenagers through fitness programmes such as cardio boxing, aerobics, physical conditioning and Pilates.
