VenuesWest Challenge Stadium offers the very best in fitness staff, facilities and services including gym memberships, personal training, and aerobics classes. Our gym has a friendly atmosphere and people of all ages, sizes, and fitness experience are welcome.
Our cardio area is equipped with the latest in electronic cardiovascular training equipment including treadmills, bikes, cardiowave, elliptical cross trainers and rowers.
Tone and strengthen your muscles on our comprehensive range of pin loaded weight machines and Olympic free weights.
Our fully qualified and friendly fitness instructors will assist you in achieving your goals. We offer comprehensive fitness evaluations and personalised programmes and will educate you on correct technique and equipment usage.
Challenge Fitness Centre also includes an aerobic room and Pilates and yoga studio. Choose from a wide range of fitness, Pilates and aqua classes each week on a timetable that offers morning, midday and evening time slots. There is something to suit everybody.
